How do I register for a course?
To register, complete the online form. A representative will check the course that you have requested and the status of any previously purchased seats. If your company does not have any available training seats, a representative will send you an estimate via e-mail with the course pricing. After your estimate is approved and processed, a NetSuite training representative will then confirm course availability and proceed with the registration process.
Students must receive their confirmation e-mail before attending a NetSuite course. Please await an e-mail confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org before booking travel.
Who is allowed to utilize the NetSuite training seat?
Each training seat is purchased as an individual license and assigned to just one student. The confirmed student is the only student who may attend the NetSuite course. Sharing the training event with others in any way is expressly prohibited. Course materials are distributed only to the confirmed NetSuite student for the specified class. Certificates of Completion will not be sent to any student who misses all or part of his/her registered class or in any other way fails to complete the class.
Are Virtual Training sessions interactive?
Your session will definitely be very interactive. As the instructor and students work through the content, you can ask questions and participate in group activities—and expect to be called on to participate—just as you would in an in-person Learning Center course. What is the difference between blended learning and virtual training?
Blended learning is a type of virtual training NetSuite uses to deliver a flexible training experience for customers. Typically, blended learning days are broken into 2 blocks - live classroom lecture hours and independent study time, allowing you to work at your own pace with instructor support. Classes that are taught in the Blended Learning format will display "Blended Learning" as the location on the course schedule page.
When is the last day to register?
We recommend that students register as early as possible, as classes can fill quickly. Virtual Training registrations are only accepted until two business days prior to the session start date.
How do I set up and attend my training session?
Setting up for your class and attending the session is easy. First, be sure you have received a course confirmation e-mail. If you have not received the confirmation, please e-mail email@example.com. After receiving your confirmation e-mail, you are now ready to Prepare for Virtual Training. This guide will provide everything you need to prepare you for your virtual experience.
What audio options can I use for Virtual Training sessions?
You may use integrated WebEx VoIP to connect to the audio portion of the training session, or dial in on the phone. If you elect to connect using VoIP, you should have a computer headset with a microphone and functioning audio on your computer prior to joining the session. Refer to the setup guide in Prepare for Virtual Training.
How do I access my Virtual Training session?
Once registered, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the session title, date and time details. Another email reminder will be sent a day or two prior to the class start date with the links to the online session.
What breaks are available during a virtual session?
The sessions will have scheduled breaks. The Instructor will review the schedule during Introductions at the beginning of each course.

How long will I have access to my course?
Upon registering for a Training On Demand course, you will have 90 days’ access to the online content. You can re-review the course content as many times as you like within the 90 days.
How do I register for a Training On Demand course?
Search for your desired course from our course catalog, click on course schedule, and then click the Register Now button. Once the form is submitted, a Training Representative will respond within 2 business days.
How do I prepare for my Training On Demand course?
First, be sure you have received a course confirmation email. If you have not received the confirmation, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. After receiving your confirmation email, ensure that your system will meet the NetSuite Training On Demand System Requirements. This guide will provide everything you need to prepare you for your On Demand experience.
Can I ask the instructor a question during my Training On Demand course?
Yes, you can send a question to a NetSuite instructor using the contact details within the course. The instructor’s answer to your question will be forwarded to your email address within 3 business days
Can I download Training On Demand courses?
NetSuite’s Training on Demand is a streaming only solution. You can view video from any device connected to internet including PC, Mac and tablets. The following features are available to you:
What is NetSuite’s course cancellation policy?
Registrations for instructor-led classes may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to ten (10) business days prior to the class start date. Registrations cancelled or rescheduled within ten (10) business days prior to the class start date will be charged the FULL course price. This policy applies to all instructor-led class enrollments, including those confirmed within ten (10) business days before the class start date.
NetSuite reserves the right to cancel any courses. Should NetSuite cancel a course, 100% of the training fees paid by a customer will be applied to a future training course; however, NetSuite will not be responsible or liable for any resulting costs incurred by a customer, including but not limited to costs related to changes or cancellations in travel plans.
What do I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a course?
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with your name, course location and date, and your request to cancel or reschedule. If you are looking to reschedule, please provide the new dates and locations so that we may review your request as soon as possible.
How long do we have to use our training?
Training must be used or forfeited, no later than one (1) year after purchase unless otherwise specified by the terms of the sales agreement.
What's covered? Our training videos address core features and basic tasks so you can take advantage of all that NetSuite has to offer. The Getting Started videos help new users orient on the product so they can start using it right away. The videos can also be taken as prerequisites to our instructor-led courses, or afterwards, for refresher training. Additionally with each release, New Feature Training helps you become informed about the latest functionality so you can put new capabilities to immediate use.
Is it for me? All users who are just starting to use NetSuite should take the Getting Started videos to learn basic tasks. If you are maintaining and supporting NetSuite, the New Feature Training videos will be most relevant to you. These videos help ensure that you can take advantage of the latest functionality.
Is it free and how do I get access? Absolutely! The videos are available to all users at no additional charge and are conveniently located in the SuiteAnswers Learning Center. Once you log in to NetSuite, you can access SuiteAnswers from the Support tab.
Are NetSuite courses eligible for CPE credits?
Yes! CPE credits are available to US customers attending NetSuite courses. NetSuite, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors.
